Who does the voting and judging?

At the end of each month all the nomination forms for each of the First companies will be gathered and a judging panel will meet to review all the Superstar nominations.

For each area there will be a judging panel made up of 4 people who represent the different parts of the business, for example a manager, driver, receptionist and engineer.

The judges will review the nominations and the reasons why each person has been voted a Superstar to decide who deserves the Superstars award for that month.

Every month the winner in each First company will receive £100 High Street store shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers.

At the end of the year a local Superstar of the Year will be chosen from all the monthly winners and they will be awarded an exclusive local star prize.
