Our stakeholders are many and varied. They include our shareholders, customers, employees, the community, suppliers, and local and central government. Our CSR Strategy demands that we maintain open and regular dialogue with all our stakeholders. The feedback and insight derived from this procedure influence our business development strategy and support our business growth.
Our stakeholders' expectations are wide-ranging and sometimes conflict. Through our stakeholder engagement programme we seek to understand these different needs and maintain open and honest dialogue. Our full report describes in more detail how we do this.
